Food Drive- Join Us!

It is difficult to grasp that there are families in the greater Arcadia neighborhood who need food assistance throughout the year. Feeding Students, USA is a local organization that works directly with school staff across 5 school districts to identify families in need. Now, their pantry is located on the Prince of Peace campus which makes it easy for families to support their efforts!

WE INVITE YOU to join the Temple family in making this year’s food drive a success!

GOAL

• Provide 1,200 frozen turkeys

• Complete meal fixings to include canned pumpkin, cranberry sauce, corn, green beans, boxed stuffing, bag of potatoes.

HOW

Fill a bag and drop off at Prince of Peace Office

Monday- Thursday, 9:00am- 4:00pm
Sundays in the church lobby, 9:30- 11:00am

Temple Music and Performing Arts is proud of our top-tier instructors teaching Voice, Piano, Guitar, and Audition Preparation.

Weekly lessons are 30, 45 or 60 minutes long and given on the same day and time. The first lesson is complimentary to allow you to get to know us and ensure we are a great match for your music education and growth.

Auditions are Open!

Directors: Terry Temple & Emily Temple

Temple Music and Performing Arts invites kids ages 7 - 14 years to audition for Mary Poppins, Jr., hitting the stage January 15, 16, 17 (Early Cast) and January 22, 23, 24 (Late Cast)! Please see Winter Break schedule. (Age exceptions will be considered at the director's discretion. Actors aged 15 years old may audition through the end of their Freshman year.)

Families will have the option to select if they have a weekend preference. This preference should be noted at the time of audition.

There will be NO rehearsal Dec. 22-29.

Opening Doors to Youth

The heart of a community is found when families help other families. We are here to turn the generosity of others into open doors and opportunities for children in the performing arts.

In 2021, the Temple family began building a theater in the Arcadia neighborhood. Fast forward to today and we have a beautiful new stage, lights and sound all through the generosity of amazing donors. Over the years, we also identified a need. Some families needed a little help to cover production fees or tuition. Since we are passionate about making sure all children have access to the performing arts, The Temple Theater Company was born. The Temple Theater Company is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation. All donations collected open doors for children and give audiences a top level experience of children’s theater. We hope you will join us in building confidence, friendships, and opportunities for children in the greater Phoenix area. Welcome to the family.
